Rally Care is a technology platform, not a registered NDIS provider. Workers on the platform are independent contractors who hold their own NDIS Worker Screening clearances. Participants must be self-managed or plan-managed to use the full booking and invoicing features.
Invoices are generated in standard NDIS format and emailed directly to your nominated inbox as PDF files, ready to process in whatever system you use. Every shift includes GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out, a signed digital service agreement, and timestamped progress notes.
