Every worker is screening-verified

All workers must hold and submit a current NDIS Worker Screening Check before their profile becomes visible to any participant. Expired clearances are automatically blocked. Your safeguarding obligation is supported by the platform.

Every invoice maps to the correct NDIS support catalogue line item automatically. After-hours, weekend, and public holiday rates are calculated and applied without manual intervention. No correction requests, no back and forth with workers.

Questions from plan managers

Once you create your plan manager account and start your free trial you can invite participants to link their profile to your dashboard. They receive a simple email invitation and connect with one click. You can also share a unique invite link for them to connect directly. There is no limit to how many participants you can invite.

Rally Care is a technology platform, not a registered NDIS provider. Workers on the platform are independent contractors who hold their own NDIS Worker Screening clearances. Participants must be self-managed or plan-managed to use the full booking and invoicing features.

Invoices are generated in standard NDIS format and emailed directly to your nominated inbox as PDF files, ready to process in whatever system you use. We are building direct integrations with major plan management platforms — email hello@rallycare.com.au to register interest and be notified when your preferred system is supported.

Every shift includes GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out, a signed digital service agreement, and timestamped progress notes. Worker no-shows are automatically recorded against the worker's reliability score and you are notified immediately. Disputes can be raised through the platform and are reviewed by our team within 48 hours. Full shift records are always available in your dashboard.
